Clubes de Ciencia A.C.("CdeCMx", "us";) is the entity responsible for the processing and protection of your personal data, which are treated in a strictly confidential manner, in accordance with Mexican Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data held by Individuals (the "Personal Data";). If you reside outside Mexico, you understand and agree that your Information may be processed in Mexico where laws regarding processing of Information may differ from the laws in your country.
WHY AND HOW CDECMX USED COLLECTED INFORMATION
Your personal data may be used by CdeCMx in a non-limiting way for communication about events, campaign follow-up, data collection for statistical purposes, sending newsletters, reports, and proposals to public and private donors, etc. In addition, CdeCMx may request personal data considered as financial or patrimonial (for example, account information or bank card) to collect donations or to obtain and/or renew membership. CdeCMx may request personal data considered sensitive under Mexican Law in the context of activities related to the promotion of science education that it performs and in which we identify that you may be interested or linked.
MAIN DATA TO BE COLLECTED
Based on the above, we ask you to provide us with the following personal information: full name, CURP, nationality, state and country of residence/studies, gender, date of birth, e-mail, affiliation, and academic degree, current program in which he/she studies or job position, teaching experience or mentor, teaching awards, information about his university, among others.
Acceptance of this POLICY implies your consent and express authorization to (i) collect your personal financial or patrimonial data; As well as for (ii) any transfer of your personal data that CdeCMx makes to its subsidiaries, donors or suppliers who support CdeCMx for the processing of donations and project financing, inside and outside Mexico. CdeCMx guarantees that the transfers made will comply at all times with the provisions of articles 36 of the Law of Personal Data and 68 of the Regulations of the Law of Personal Data. We have sufficient security measures for the protection, confidentiality, and assurance of your personal data in order to restrict access to unauthorized persons. Likewise, our employees, representatives, subcontractors, consultants and/or third parties that intervene in any phase of the processing of their personal data will be kept confidential in relation to them, an obligation that will remain until after the relationship between them has ended.
